After the seasonal closing of the hotel we provided a deep cleansing certified by certified companies. Rooms and common areas are tyde up with specific products made with ethanol or sodium hypochlorite. Products certified by Ecolab company updating day by day our hygiene plans. All the common areas are equipped with dispensers of hand sanitizer.

The Staff

The hotel staff is equipped with all the protective devices and is subject to the temperature measuring.

Check in

To avoid the gathering we give the possibility of the pre registration to our guest sending per email a link so that at the check in there will be only a quick stop to show the document.The staff will measure the temperature to each guest and if showing a temperature higher than 37.5 will avoid the check in and the hotel will contact the health centre as per procedure. I twill be possible to use the same lift only if used by guests of the same household.

Rooms

With specific check lists the maids are in charge of the cleaning, with protection devices, changing the linen daily, keeping the balconies and the windows open before the cleaning and during the cleaning to ensure the change of the air and its quality. The tyding is guaranteed by a daily cleaning with specific products.

Breakfast Room

The staff with all the protection devices will guarantee the sanitization of the tables and chairs and the right distance between them. Breakfast will be served to avoid the direct contact of the guests with the food as with the regular buffet. When the fully booked the hotel reserves the right to establish different breakfast shifts that can be booked at the reception desk.

Beach Service

The staff with all the protection devices will measure the temperature to all the guests sanitizing with a special dispenser all the sunbeds ensuring the correct distance between the sunshades.
